On days that I just could not bring myself to study, I was able to "rebalance" and push tasks to days I knew I had a lighter load and not worry about tasks piling up overtime. All in all, I found comfort in knowing I was giving myself enough time to eventually watch every video and read the sections I needed to without feeling burnt out. I did not use this during my dedicated study. but I found this particularly useful during my pre-dedicated time when I had hundreds of videos to watch and some days just allowed for more study time than others. Now, can you accomplish the same thing with an Excel doc? Sure. What I really liked about CramFighter is that it accounts for how long each activity might take and it already has almost every popular resource in its database. CramFighter allows you to input specific resources, allot a time-frame for your schedule, and most importantly lets you tweak your schedule as you go through it. In a way, it's awesome that so many people stand by these resources and have had amazing results, but I found that I really had to experiment with how to utilize some of these popular resources in order for me to really learn and solidify important concepts. Although there are a million Reddit posts and websites about all of the board study resources out there, when I was doing my own research as a 2nd year, I found that many of them recommend a lot of the same resources. This intention would not be complete without addressing resources for one of the biggest milestones in a medical student's career.
